New York Document Service Agent

WeGoCertify.com is currently looking for an agent who will act as our representative in the area.  Agent can be a professional already providing some kind of document-related services but not necessarily.  It could be someone new who is interested in making additional revenue.
The types of existing service providers who can apply:

  • Certified translator and interpreter
  • Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths or Bailiff
  • Patent service provider
  • Independent paralegal
  • Independent service provider

Other individuals who may qualify as well - individuals with good standing (clean record with no criminal convictions):

  • Students
  • Housewives
  • Retirees
  • Other self-employed individuals

Basically, we need someone whose schedule is flexible enough to complete all tasks as our clients need.  You do not have to sit in the office a pre-determined amount of hours even if there is no real work.  However, we expect the availability when the need arises.  Also, we need someone with a verified postal address, banking account, a home office setup (computer, printer, scanner, telephone) and some basic computer skills to be able to stay in touch with our main office or with our clients.
The typical tasks that we expect from our agent:

  • Keeping in touch with our main office by email and/or phone to coordinate the arrival of shipments
  • Occasionally, respond to queries directly from our clients while copying our main office to keep us updated as well
  • Go to Clerk's Offices, notary publics, translators if the need arises
  • Go to New York Secretary of State Office of Authentications to certify documents with an apostille or legalization
  • Ship the documents to main office in Washington, DC or to client directly using the courier companies that client prefers.
